Get ready to Engage: ACRE powering new local event in August
The Alabama Center for Real Estate is launching a new event series next month.
ACRE Engage: Powering Productivity 2017 will hit the road for three mornings of education and seminar in Cullman (Aug. 9), Shoals (Aug. 10) and Tuscaloosa (Aug. 11).
The event, which will run from 8:15 a.m. through lunch, will feature Curtis Lewsey (Chief Appreciation Officer at Listing Power Tools), ACRE Education & Marketing Coordinator Cherie Moman and ACRE Executive Director Grayson Glaze.
The course is designed to provide the licensee with needed skills and tools to elevate their productivity, thereby serving their clients in a more efficient, professional and knowledgeable manner.
Licensees in attendance will learn how to increase exposure of a listing to those not actively searching, how to place the listing in front of potential buyers multiple times and how to create an emotional connection to the listing, among other skills.
Lewsey will present twice during the morning, with Moman presenting a session on the use of technology in the marketplace.
The lunch keynote will feature ACRE's executive director presenting the local market overview and future outlook.
ACRE plans to hold ACRE Engage events in September and October as well.
