Christopher Lee, president and CEO of CEL Associates, will be speaking at ACREcom 2018, Alabama Center for Real Estate’s eighteenth annual commercial real estate conference and expo on February 9, 2018 at The Club in Birmingham.

Lee will be discussing commercial real estate’s emerging trends and technology and their effects on the industry in his presentation, “Navigating Key Strategies for Capturing Tomorrow's Opportunities”. He will detail and identify a myriad of value-add and innovative marketing strategies.

Lee has been actively involved in the real estate industry for the past 30 years, which includes diversified experience in real estate development, land-use economics, strategic planning, investment analysis, workouts, mergers/acquisitions, compensation, finance, and performance benchmarking. His most notable position is his leadership at CEL associates, where he has cultivated relationships with over 500 real estate companies across the United States and some of the industry’s most prominent organizations including, but not limited to: ULI, IREM, BOMA, NAA, NMHC, IFMA, NAREIM, NAIOP, NAREIT, ICSC and NAR.

Lee has shared his unique industry insight in business journals as well as several award-winning books. His most recent publication, Transformational Leadership In The New Age Of Real Estate, explores strategies to navigate in the evolving market of ever-changing demands and technology.  His first book, From Good To Great To Best-In-Class, has become a best seller and a practical tool for real estate companies, CEOs, leaders and professionals nationwide.

Lee’s presentation will encompass the many facets of his career within the commercial real estate industry.
